The Czech NEVA Group has been named ‘International DAF Dealer of the Year 2024’ at the DAF International Dealer Meeting in Malaga (Spain) in recognition of its excellent customer experience in every field. “With its unwavering commitment to excellence, NEVA Group is the deserved winner of the 2024 award”, according to Bart Bosmans, Director Marketing & Sales and member of the Board of Management of DAF Trucks.

Each year, in January, DAF acknowledges its best performing dealers, with the honours going to those who have achieved excellent customer satisfaction, exceptional business performance and outstanding (after)sales achievements. The dealer who excels in all areas takes home the prestigious title of ‘International Dealer of the Year’.

‘Top Performer in customer satisfaction’
NEVA Group, based in the Czech city of Nýřany, continuously invests in staff training, shows a strong ambition for business growth and is dedicated to continuously enhancing the customer experience.

PACCAR Parts and PACCAR Financial awards
The title ‘International PACCAR Parts Dealer of the Year’ went to DAF dealer TH Trucks Romania. This dealership has an excellent national coverage, with 11 locations and TRP stores. Dick Leek, General Manager of PACCAR Parts Europe stated: “Next to offering quality service in their workshops, this dealer has a strong parts retail focus with 12 well-trained parts outside salespersons. TH Trucks Romania increased market penetration by utilizing programs such as PACCAR Parts Fleet Services and eCommerce.”

Gerrit-Jan Bas, Managing Director of PACCAR Financial Europe, named Italian DAF dealer Delcom covering the south of Italy ‘International PACCAR Financial Dealer of the Year’ for significantly exceeding its targets. International DAF Service Dealer of the Year
DAF also acknowledged its top performing after-sales and service dealer. This title was awarded to ESA Trucks in Poland (Godzieszów, Ilowa, Poznan, Swiecko, Konin, Ostrow and Zielona). Twan Winters, DAF Trucks Director After Sales: “ESA invested in a new service location and extensively trained all its technicians and service advisors. But above all, ESA’s workshops achieved an almost 100% First Time Right score for highest customer satisfaction.”
